Chris is the sports editor of the Portsmouth Daily Times — a position he's held since April 2013.

He's covered numerous professional contests, including the 2015 MLB All-Star game, Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds games.

Chris manages one full-time sports writer and utilizes various stringers to provide coverage for 19 high schools.

He also manages a nightly sport's budget and works with a design team to create the daily sport's pages.

Chris is proficient at writing under tight-deadline restrictions and space restrictions. He's experienced in providing game coverage, writing features, breaking news stories and providing other relatable sports content.
